After years of building businesses and working in North Texas, Tara returned home to New Mexico to pursue her passion for real estate and community development. In addition to her brokerage work, Tara is actively involved in residential development through The Habitat Collective, a development company she co-founded in partnership with FoQus Development. Through this venture, Tara participates in land development, speculative home construction, residential redevelopment, and thoughtfully designed housing projects that blend New Mexico's architectural heritage with modern living. Her development experience gives clients valuable insight into construction costs, site selection, feasibility analysis, and investment opportunities.

Prior to real estate, Tara served as President of successful medical industry companies, where she helped grow businesses from startup ventures into multi-million-dollar organizations. This foundation in business strategy, negotiation, marketing, and financial analysis provides her clients with a level of expertise that extends well beyond traditional real estate services.
